Any content you upload through the contributor website must be your own creation and you must retain the relevant rights to such content.

Model Release
If the submitted content contains the portrait, please submit the model release. The content could be rejected if the release file is missing.
When applicable, make sure you submit the PDF or JPG file of the model release named identically with the ModelCode in the metadata sheet
Property Release
If submitted content contains the property such as the place, prop, or pet that requires the permission of ownership, copyright, and property right, please submit the property release. The content could be rejected if the release file is missing.
When applicable, make sure you submit the PDF or JPG file of the property release named identically with the PropertyCode in the metadata sheet.

2. File Size
Jpg files should be at least 4MP (4 million pixels) to be uploaded.
MP means megapixel (1 million pixels), which refers to multiplying the number of horizontal and vertical pixels.
The maximum file size for uploading jpg, AI, and eps image files is 300MB.
ex:
2100pixel * 2300pixel = 4.8 MP submission available
1600pixel * 2300pixel = 3.6 MP submission unavailable
3. Upload Criteria
After uploading content, enter keywords and metadata, and upload model/property releases.
However, please note that uploads are not permitted if they fall under the following reasons.
- The files don’t meet the qualifications (file size and file format)
- Duplicate files from the previous submission (Identical file name or identical content)
- Lack of keywords (at least 7 keywords are needed to submit the content) Spelling, and grammar errors in keywords.
4. Content rejection criteria
Among the uploaded content, only those selected by curators after review will be approved.
Approved content will be available on TongRo Images's service platform(ClipartKorea, ImageToday, and ImageKorea) within 7 days.
- Content with noise or of low quality, such as in aspects of brightness, color, focus, composition, lighting, etc.
- Similar or redundant content with the content already on our subscription websites.
- Content with unrelated keywords and captions disturbing customers from searching images.
- Overly typical content or awkward color compensation.
- Content with an uncertain subject.
- Content containing personal names, phone numbers, and license plates
- Content that could be considered unpleasant.
5. Prohibited Content
- Copy, appropriation, and imitation
- Content exposing brand names or marks.
- Content of the people without model releases
- Content of any property including buildings and places without property releases
- Appropriating or shooting of products or work with intellectual property rights such as patent(invention), brand (characters, logos, etc), design, copyright (photos, paintings, illustrations, etc.)
- AI-generated content
6. Requirements for Keyword and Caption
Keyword Requirement: At least 7, up to a maximum of 50 words
Entered Korean keywords are translated automatically into English keywords with TongRo’s own Korean-English dictionary translation system.

- Enter accurate keywords (e.g., location, person, animal).
- Use the location search function to select the exact shooting location and click "Save Location."
- Make sure to include essential keywords related to main subjects, themes, and objects.
- Enter individual words without modifiers, using commas (,) as separators.
- Avoid excessive details with low relevance.
- Ensure copied/pasted or bulk-entered keywords are appropriate.
- Check for typos, special characters, and spacing errors.
- Do not enter brand names or trademarks.
- Do not enter photographer names or nicknames.
Caption Requirement: At least 5, up to a maximum of 200 characters
[Recommendation]
- Provide objective descriptions instead of subjective expressions.
- Include accurate facts, specific details, and unique information related to the image.
- Cover key aspects such as who, what, when, and where.
- Clearly convey emotion, mood, and concept.
- Follow proper spelling and spacing rules.
